Risa is an anthropomorphic fox with tan and white fur. She wears a blue vest with large pockets on the front. She wears a white tank top (sleeveless shirt) under the vest.

Her attire also includes green camouflage pants. The pants are a little baggy and have a hole in the back for her tail.

She also wears two golden earrings, one near the tip of each ear. She wears thick and rugged black boots with steel toes.

Risa's other articles of clothing are her two gloves. They are white and a little large for her, so she tightens the black bands near their base to keep them on.

History
Risa Prower was born the younger of two twins to Artimus and Rosemary Prower. Her older brother by a few minutes was Miles.
She was born in the small village of Fortel. While nestled deep in the woods it had a decent population.


It was here that Risa Prower spent her early years. She was raised like a typical Mobian fox until disaster stuck. Doctor Eggman had taken over the country capital.
Six Months after that, the day after Risa and Miles's third birthday, he stuck the village.
Amongst the chaos of panicked villages Miles and Risa snuck out of their house. A piece of burning debris fell between the two, separating them.
Miles was rescued by a fleeing villager. Risa was not found, and Miles, now known as Tails, has never seen or heard of his sister since then.

Risa has learned many talents in the 7 years she has learned a lot. While just as smart as her brother, she learned to put her knowledge to use in other ways.


Risa has taking martial arts training, and is good in hand to hand combat. She still has a lot to learn still, but has figured out how to use her tail effectively as a weapon.


Risa's main talent is bomb making. While her brother, Tails, is an expert at tinkering with mechanical devices, Risa has become and expert in dealing with explosives, usually high-yield.
She doesn't not hesitate to use these in defending her current home from Robotnik.

Risa Prower was a character I cooked up a long time when discussing possible game ideas. She kind of stuck and subsequently became a more developed character.

Risa's appearance is something which I have gradually worked on over time. As she's Tails's sister I wanted her appearance to be a bit similar to, but different from his.
To keep the fur color different but similar to Tails's orange I made it tan. The other noticeable difference his she only has one tail, not having the same birth defect as Tails. The model posses many other smaller differences.

Risa's clothing was something else to come up with. Given her tomboyish attitude and lifestyle, giving her clothes that would be practical for several intense activities seemed appropriate.
The vest was an inspiration from Princess Sally from Sonic SATAM and Archie Comics. I rather liked the style and decided to adapt it to Risa. The camouflage pants were something I gave her for two reasons. First is that is she's out doing dangerous work a lot, it can help hide her slightly from her enemy. Not too well mind you but some. Two, I just like camouflage pants and have been wanting to give them to a character for a long time.
I gave Risa the black boots just cause I liked the look. The earrings are just to add a touch of... something. I don't know what to call it but I just like it.
Her gloves have to be identical to Tails's for plot purposes.

I've gotten this from several people, you know who you are, that she doesn't look enough like a girl. Please keep in mind, she is only 10 and thus doesn't have many of the major feminine characteristics people look for yet. Her dressing isn't in style for a girl either, but that's her personality for you. I'll also be honest, her appearance works a bit better as a sprite then a model.
