Chaos Spear is simply directing a pulse of energy in a direction. Chaos Blast is explosively releasing a large amount of energy from a central point. But to form Chaos Breaker you have to compress and direct a large amount of energy is a small area. It will try to move outward and instantly release itself in an explosive result. You have to force it with your will to stay together.
To start hold out you hand. Focus on it, bringing a large amount of energy to it. It will try to leave but do not let it. Hold it there.
Keep adding energy until it feels like it wants to explode. Do not let it.
Clench your fist around it to hold it in place. Now as it is it will not fly any distance, it will explode the moment you let go of it. The energy needs to be stabilized first
To stabilize the energy you need to spin it. The hardest part is to spin the energy without letting it get away. As it spins up to speed it will start to hold itself together. But until it stabilizes you can't release it, even a little bit getting out will cause it explode.
Once it it is fully spun you can open you hand. The spinning energy forms an orb you can either toss or clench your fist around it and fire it off like a riffle. Upon impacting a surface the spinning is distorted and the energy releases. -Ashura This was an idea I've had, Ashura teaching Starlight how to perform is trademark move, Chaos Breaker.
Its a technique he developed and is now teaching to another ULF.
All in all, it's a good piece. The actual modelling itself is very well done and the background looks quite decent. The things which jump out as an annoyance the most would be the shadows and colours. The shadows seem unnatural when they over-lap or are hit from a certain angle as you can see on the green one's body. The colours also seem to switch all of a sudden, which is common in these Sonic based art pieces and this seems to be a common problem with a lot of them, the colours cut very suddenly from one to another in an odd way (such as the weird diagonal angle on Green's shoulders,) that is what looks like it needs the most work or touching up.
I think one of the main things about this picture that I like is the expressions, it adds so much to the picture. I also like the effects and the background, awesome job~
Its not a matter of can or can't. They are living things and thus capable of a wide variety of states.
Technically they CAN have a relationship, or any type of interaction, with another being. The question is what WILL they do.
Though to answer the question I know you were trying to ask, in addition to the aforementions vow they made and the mindset needed for it, they also have their training as soilders and the mentality of living weapons to deal with. How they'd treat anyone varies from case to case. Who is it? How old are they? (3 months vs 36 years vs 2000 years old) What mood are they in? Etc etc.
So technically its possible, but highly unlikely at this time.
